Whoever has been placed in the drive through lane to take orders is not listening and typing the wrong items in. Update to an electronic screen like the one at Harlem/Clinton or repeat the order back to the customer which is what many other locations do. This is getting ridiculous. I have only rarely ever had this problem at other locations!!March 13, 2017

Not once have I gotten my order in less than 15min from placing it & EVERY time the order has been WRONG. I STRONGLY recommend passing this Tim's by for another location. Don't waist ur time or $$$January 30, 2017
